When the property was acquired, the perimeter was already walled (brick), but significant work was needed to clear the overgrowth, transforming it into a viable workspace.

The initial phase of development involved clearing the land, debris and rock removal, and conducting a thorough survey to lay out the groundwork for utilization.

As part of our groundwork, we initiated the installation of crucial utilities, including sewerage lines, electrical infrastructure, and freshwater systems.

In our commitment to blending work and residence, we laid gravel for the driveways and RV Deck pad, accommodating work vehicles and creating a welcoming, comfortable space.
